Parts supply system

The machine components used in the grading and packing system counts up to a number in the order of ten thousands. Specifications range widely as there can be various ways of installation depending on customers. To shorten the duration of standstill as much as possible in case of unexpected technical problems, critical parts are always kept in stock.

         
             
Remote assistance

NABEL launched the Remote Assist service on a full scale to support customers on site. With this service, NABEL service team can access to the Egg grading system. This enables the providing of a better and faster support to the customer.

Telephone assistance

Our experienced staff answers to customer inquiries on operation and product specifications.
Not only do we provide help in the event of technical issues, but also accept inquiries on operation and maintenance parts.

On-site maintenance

Field engineers visit for on-site maintenance when parts replacement or adjustment is out of customer's hand. Not only do we carry out maintenance but also draw out customer needs to feed them back to R&D team for product improvement and new development.

Technical training

Sales or field engineers provide training on machine operation and maintenance to help customers in keeping the optimum performance and long life-span of the machine.
Customers can find detailed instructions on operation and maintenance in the product manuals.
