Gentle on both trays and eggs
This machine utilizes a “bottom support” method to support trays from below to reduce stress on both eggs and trays. This reduces a heavy workload on operators and provides stability in stacking.
Features
More efficient tray stacking
The machine stacks trays containing eggs collected from the Farm Packer carefully one by one. The number of stacked layers can be specified from 1 to 6 layers and can be easily adjusted via the touch panel.
Consideration for good hygiene
The main drive unit is located at the top of the machine for easy cleaning and maintenance. The frame is made of durable stainless steel, and the entire conveyor section can be washed with water.
