Packing
Environmentally-friendly egg packaging
This machine automatically feeds and prints environmentally-friendly labels. It uses the “Eco-Method,” in which a special paper label is inserted into a flat pack. This makes it easy to separate packs and labels without producing sticker backing sheet waste.
Features
Saving resources and wasting less
The Eco-Method is a packaging method in which regular folded paper labels are fed into the pack. Unlike sticker labels, these paper labels have no backing sheet, reducing waste. There is also no need for test pasting when label types are changed, meaning labels will not be wasted.
Eco-pack
The top surface will be flat and the label fed into the pack will look beautiful.
It is also easy to separate the pack and the label.
Eco-label
Eco-labels are plain paper labels that allow duplex printing. The space for product descriptions and advertising will be expanded.
Inkjet printer
The machine prints expiration dates, production dates, egg collection dates, and other relevant information in high resolution. It uses an ink cartridge with nozzles integrated. It switches the used nozzle with new nozzles for cleanliness. In the unlikely event of nozzle trouble, the machine can be quickly restored simply by replacing the cartridge.
Easy label feeding
Simply place labels in the machine to refill. Labels can be quickly set and switched.
Options
Eco-label detector
The machine can detect misprints and incorrect dates on eco-labels with its built-in calendar function. Once the date is set, it will be automatically updated when the date changes for the correct dates to be printed and inspected.
