Improving the quality of inspection for dirty eggs
This detector uses several cameras to photograph eggs from above and below, analyzing the images to detect contamination at the point and blunt ends of each egg.
It can remove dirty eggs before they are sorted to reduce the burden of visual inspection by the operator after packing and the reworking process of opening the closed packs and replacing the eggs inside them.
It detects contamination in the yolk, staining, black spots, and white spots at the point and blunt ends of the egg.

State-of-the-art imaging and analysis system
LED lighting illuminates the eggs from above and below. At the same time, multiple cameras are used to analyze the egg at the point and blunt ends. The detector instantly analyzes the images to detect contamination at the top and bottom of each egg.
Inspection status displayed in real time
The monitor displays the number and rate of appearance of dirty eggs, the type of contamination, the determination mode and pattern, the latest image captured by the cameras, and the imaging history of detected unacceptable eggs.
Inspection settings tailored to the needs of the site
Determination levels for each egg shell color and type of contamination can be specified. The detector can save six patterns of determination level combinations and adjust the precision of inspection depending on the lot and product.
