SMART Cube
Automated placement of packs into boxes
This machine places packed products into boxes, such as cartons and containers. Its body is compactly designed to allow multiple machine units to be easily laid out side by side. The guide width is automatically adjusted to match the container, reducing setup time necessary to change the packing pattern.

SMART Cube Series
Robots automate operations such as container supply, boxing, box stacking, and pack trolley stacking. Automation of labor-intensive tasks reduces the workload on site. In addition, because the robot performs the work, it is not dependent on the skills of the operator or the speed of the work, and stable performance can be expected.
Reduced workload
The robot effortlessly handles packing tasks that originally require manpower. With high-speed handling of up to 2.5 seconds per cycle, stable production on the packaging line is ensured.
Compatible with a variety of cases
Both cardboard packing and container packing are supported. The robot head can be replaced using an easy one-touch mechanism. A variety of filling methods are available by pattern.
Automatic guide adjustment function
A new function automates guide adjustment, which used to be done manually each time packs were switched. The new function further saves labor in packing plastic packs into boxes.
Options
Detects anomalies in cases
The machine inspects boxed packed products to detect collapsed packs and out-of-place eggs, using AI image analysis for inspection. Even if the inspection target changes, it is not necessary to change the settings.
