The Tray Trolley Loader performs the hard work of loading eggs onto tray trolleys with easy touch-panel operation. Designed for safety, it supports efficient and smooth shipping of eggs.
Features
Easy-to-operate touch panel system
Up to 10 types of trolleys can be registered. The settings can easily be changed using the operation panel which has a user-friendly touch panel.
Safety-first design
Safety fences and covers are included on the machine for the rack installation space and tray discharge port. If an attempt is made to access the machine while it is in operation, the sensor reacts and immediately stops the machine to ensure operator safety.
Egg collection system for farms
Using this machine along with the Farm Packer and Tray Stacker allows for more compact and smoother shipment of egg racks. Labor and manpower are reduced in tasks such as packing, stacking, and loading.
Options
Automatic feeding of tray trolleys
It is equipped with an automatic trolley feeder for smooth replacing operations. Up to 2 trolleys can be set as standby.
